I. Content Files redistribution reminder
You are not allowed to distribute the Content Files in cases where the Content Files form the primary value of the End Product (described below). You are not allowed to pretend any trademark rights in the Content Files as well as derivative works of the Content Files where they are the primary value. You can’t redistribute the Content Files as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with the Content Files either on its own or bundled with other files, and even if you modify the Content Files. You can’t redistribute or make available the Content Files “as-is” or with superficial modifications. These actions are not allowed even if the redistribution is for free.
II. Free Content Files
Whenever you download a Content File, distributed via the Services or any parts of the Platform, that is Free (no fee required, hence, costs 0 USD), you are granted a non-exclusive license to access, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such Content File according to Creative Commons Attribution license located at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. You consent that the author of the Content File will be accredited properly and also credits will be given to the Site and the Platform, by providing a link to the original location of the Content Files on the Site, in а new product, remix, transformation and build upon materials.
III. Non-Free Content Files
“End Product” is a customized implementation of the Content Files that requires application of skill and effort to create a product that incorporates the Content Files as well as other elements, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Content Files.
You are granted the right to utilize the Content Files and perform them only as part of the End Product.
You can create End Product with the Content Files for yourself or for a client. By creating an End Product for a client, you sublicense these license rights in any Content Files within the End Product to the client as Limited License (described below).
The sublicense must only be granted on a condition that use of the Content Files is limited to that use only and necessary for the use of the End Product, so that the Content Files must not be extracted, reproduced or used in any other way (the Limited License).
The owner of each of the Content Files remains ownership. You can not claim ownership even in case of modification made to the Content Files.
